Hi! I'm Charity Steele, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has owned and operated an independent ABA practice for over 14 years. As an independent practitioner who has offered BCBA-only services, I believe this model offers tremendous opportunities for a Behavioral Specialist to develop a practice around their specialized services. This ultimately creates a world of highly specialized practitioners who can extend their unique services to prospective clients in order to meet their individualized needs.

However, during my time providing services, I observed the continuing limitations of parents, caregivers, teachers, supervisees, and professionals being able to obtain the services they were seeking. I also recognized there are limitations in a Behavioral Specialist’s ability to reach out and connect with those in need. TreSource.com emerged from a deep passion to form a solution to this problem by creating a place where clients and Behavioral Specialists can connect.
